How much does it cost?
For standard, wash & fold service we charge $2.49 per pound, minimum 15 pound bag (one 13 gallon bag).
Included with the price are items needing special care; hand-wash, air-dry, stain treatment.
Ironing is a separate fee of $3 per item. Items other than clothing, bed sheets or towels are an additional cost per item.

How do I know how much wash & fold I'm sending?
Our wash and fold service is charged a $2.49 per pound with a minimum of 15 pounds, which is typically the same size as a kitchen trash bag. We do have reusable bags ($10.00 each) for purchase.
*If you send laundry in anything other than a 13-gallon bag or our reusable bags, we’ll measure and charge accordingly.
When is my laundry returned?
Our standard turnaround is 2 days and is included in our service (no extra fee). If you need it back sooner you can request next day delivery. There is an additional upcharge of 20% of your invoice for a faster turnaround.
Can you dry clean items?
Along with your laundry bag, we can take your dry clean only items to our preferred dry cleaner and pick them back up. They’ll be delivered right to your door with your wash & fold laundry. A $10 courier fee will apply.
How do I pay?
Your payment information is stored once you fill out our New Client Form. When your laundry is picked up, your credit card is charged for the weighed amount of bags given and additional services requested.
What if my laundry doesn't fit in my bag?
If your bag is overstuffed or unable to close, an overage fee of $5 will be charged to your invoice. To avoid overage charges, be sure your filled bag is able to close completely and no loose items are left outside of the bag.
Can I sign up for recurring laundry services?
Yes! When you fill out the new client form , you will select yes to recurring services and select the designated days you would like us to pick up your laundry. We only pick up and drop off Monday – Friday.
I requested a reusable bag. What do I put my laundry in for the first time pick up?
For your first pick-up, items can be placed in 13 gallon, kitchen trash bags. We’ll include our nylon bag with your returned laundry to use for all pick-ups that follow. Please indicate all items that require any special processing (i.e. gentle wash cycle * air dry * hand wash * stain treatment * etc.)
When will my laundry be picked up?
All laundry must be place outside your front door by 9:00am. Our cleaners will pick up laundry between 9am-12pm.
What if I missed my pick up time?
If you miss your pick-up timeframe, a missed pick-up fee of $10 will be charged to your invoice. To avoid additional fees, please call our office at least 2 hours before your scheduled time.
