Our Policies

Any bookings made through Sage Cleaning Services LLC must adhere to the following policies:

Our Guarantee!

If you feel your cleaning service was not satisfactory, please let us know within 24 hours. We will do everything we can to ensure your expectations are met.

Access/Entry

If you will not be home during your appointment, please provide instruction on how the cleaning specialist is to gain entry to your property, including gate access, spare key, and/or security code.

 Lock Out Policy

If we are unable to gain prompt access to your home, we will try to contact you by phone/text. If the specialist is unable to gain entry within 30 minutes, a $100 lock out fee will be charged.  If entry is made, the specialist will only clean for the time allotted for the appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your cleaning. If you are unable to give us 48 hours’ notice, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged. Please call 561-437-1055, Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. 

Please Note: If there are live or dead maggots, roaches and/or rodents in the home when our staff arrives there will be a $150 cancellation fee assessed at that time. No exceptions.

Post Construction cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee of scheduled services without a 48 hour notice.

Special Requests, Add-On Services, Upgrades

Payment Terms

We accept credit/debit payments only. Credit cards must be on file and will be charge on the day of service. 

Gratuity/Tips

If you are pleased with your cleaning specialist’s efforts, please tell them! Use the feedback survey that is emailed to you after every cleaning. We will forward glowing praise directly to your specialist. Tips are greatly appreciated, but not required. 

Tidying and Clutter

We will not put away laundry or dishes. If possible, any tabletop surfaces should be clear.  Any papers will not be touched or lifted. We will do our best to clean around it. 

Your Privacy and Personal Space

If there is a room you don’t want a specialist to enter, please let us know during booking.

Changing Bed Sheets

Removing and replacing sheets on the bed is not assumed with regular service and must be requested. It is our policy to make and tidy all beds and fluff pillows if the bed is clear. If you choose to have the sheets changed on your bed, please leave folded sheets on each bed.

Bathmats

If it would be convenient for you, we would like to not replace dirty bathmats to the clean bathroom floor. We are more than happy to put them in a laundry basket or on the washing machine. 

Dishes Policy

If you do not have a perfectly clear sink or counter, that’s OK! We will load an empty dishwasher or hand wash as many dishes as will safely fit on a regular dish towel or dish rack. We do not put dishes away.

Pet Guidelines

We love pets, but for the safety of your fur babies and our specialists, please ensure that your pets are put away during your scheduled appointment.

Your Cleaning Specialist

We will make every effort to send the same specialist to your home, but due to vacations, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee the same specialist every visit.

Referrals

Much of our new business comes from referrals by happy clients! We are honored by your confidence and are pleased to offer you a $25 credit/discount on your account for every referral you send our way when they sign up for a recurring service! 

Damage 

If any damage is discovered, it must be reported to Sage Cleaning Services within 24 hours of service.  We are fully bonded and insured and will do our best to rectify the situation.

Special Products for Special Surfaces

If you have a favorite product, let us know upon booking and ensure it is visible to the specialist upon arrival.
